Cancellation policy

CraftDee Cancellation Policy

At CraftDee, some products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel those types of purchases.


Subscriptions (Craft Tee Club, Monthly Kits, etc.)

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and plan you select.
  • Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal unless you choose to prepay.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
  • You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
    • Use the link in your order confirmation email, or
    • Log into your CraftDee customer account to manage your subscription.

Note: Subscription cancellations stop future charges and shipments. They do not refund charges for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

Pre-Orders (Seasonal Boxes, Holiday Releases, Limited Drops)

  • A pre-order means you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock or is part of an upcoming release.
  • We may collect either full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Your payment method may be securely stored so the remaining balance can be charged when the item is ready to ship.
  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not been fulfilled yet.
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return or partial refund according to our Returns Policy.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order is processed or shipped.
  • Once an item is in production or transit, cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered, as they are instantly accessible.
