CraftDee Returns & Refunds Policy
At CraftDee, we want you to love every item you purchase. Please review the policy below for digital downloads, physical products, custom orders, and pre-orders.
Digital Products
Because all digital items are delivered instantly and are fully accessible upon purchase, all digital product sales are final.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Printable invitations
- Banners
- Wrappers
- Labels
- Downloads of any kind
Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Returns for Non-Custom Physical Items
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom physical product, you may request a return within:
15 days of the delivery date
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must include all original components, packaging, and accessories
- The item returned must be the exact product originally shipped
- Any substituted item will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund
Refund Details
- Approved returns will receive a refund minus shipping costs
- A prepaid return label will be emailed to you
- The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit
- Damaged returns caused by improper repackaging may not qualify for a refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom products are made specifically for you, these items cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded, including:
- Personalized shirts
- Custom mugs
- Custom signs
- Custom party favors
- Gifts with names or personalized designs
If your customized item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days so we can assist.
Pre-Orders & Seasonal Items
- Pre-orders may be eligible for cancellation only if they have not been fulfilled or shipped.
- Once a pre-order ships, it is treated like any other completed order and cannot be canceled.
- Refund eligibility for shipped pre-orders follows the same rules as standard non-custom items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email us at contact@craftdee.com within 3 business days
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads
- Custom and personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items past the 15-day return window
- Items not in their original condition or missing components
