CraftDee Returns & Refunds Policy

At CraftDee, we want you to love every item you purchase. Please review the policy below for digital downloads, physical products, custom orders, and pre-orders.


Digital Products

Because all digital items are delivered instantly and are fully accessible upon purchase, all digital product sales are final.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Printable invitations
  • Banners
  • Wrappers
  • Labels
  • Downloads of any kind

Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


Returns for Non-Custom Physical Items

If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom physical product, you may request a return within:

15 days of the delivery date

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must include all original components, packaging, and accessories
  • The item returned must be the exact product originally shipped
    • Any substituted item will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund

Refund Details

  • Approved returns will receive a refund minus shipping costs
  • A prepaid return label will be emailed to you
  • The product must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit
    • Damaged returns caused by improper repackaging may not qualify for a refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.


Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom products are made specifically for you, these items cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded, including:

  • Personalized shirts
  • Custom mugs
  • Custom signs
  • Custom party favors
  • Gifts with names or personalized designs

If your customized item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days so we can assist.


Pre-Orders & Seasonal Items

  • Pre-orders may be eligible for cancellation only if they have not been fulfilled or shipped.
  • Once a pre-order ships, it is treated like any other completed order and cannot be canceled.
  • Refund eligibility for shipped pre-orders follows the same rules as standard non-custom items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at contact@craftdee.com within 3 business days
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom and personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items past the 15-day return window
  • Items not in their original condition or missing components
