CraftDee Shipping Policy

Digital Products

  • All digital products are delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and download link immediately after your purchase.
  • If you don’t see your email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at contact@craftdee.com.

Physical Products (Shirts, Signs, Blankets, Wrapping Paper, Craft Kits & More)

Processing Time

  • Physical orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Some items may ship sooner depending on current order volume.
  • Custom or personalized items may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be transferred to the shipping carrier.
  • Most packages usually arrive within 3–7 business days, but this timeframe is not guaranteed.
  • Delivery speed is determined by the carrier and can be affected by:
    • Weather conditions
    • Carrier delays or backlogs
    • Peak holiday seasons
    • Incorrect or incomplete address entry
    • Other circumstances beyond our control
  • Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, CraftDee cannot modify, expedite, reroute, or guarantee delivery dates.

Carriers

We use the following carriers depending on the product:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (select items)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees vary based on the product weight, size, and destination.
  • Exact rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to 49 U.S. states.
  • We do not automatically ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Washington, D.C. because rates vary significantly.
    • If you live in one of these locations, please contact contact@craftdee.com for a custom shipping quote.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Pre-Orders, Seasonal Items & Holiday Releases

  • If your order contains a pre-order or seasonal launch item (such as Christmas kits or Stocking Stuffer Boxes), the entire order may ship once all items are ready.
  • To receive items sooner, please place separate orders.

Package Protection, Delays & Lost Packages

  • CraftDee is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or peak-season slowdowns.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:
    • Check with neighbors or household members
    • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
    • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
    • Contact the carrier directly
  • If the carrier confirms your package is lost, please contact us and we will assist you with next steps.

Address Issues

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • CraftDee is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
  • If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 business days at contact@craftdee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
